80G Exemption
Donations are exempt under section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961 vide order No. DIT(E) BLR/80G(R)/271/AAAT B8602M/TTO(E)-1/VOL 2009-2010 dated 08/09/2009 valid from 01/04/2009 to 31/03/2013 and further continued to exempt in perpetuity as per amended provisions of 80G (5) (VI) till date.
* Donations without PAN number will not be eligible for 80G certified Receipt.
Refund Policy
Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall NOT be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process.
